February Recipe of the Month – Saucy BBQ Grilled Ham & Cheese Panini

Saucy BBQ Grilled Ham & Cheese Panini
2 Costco Chia Pockets cut in half crosswise
4 – 6 slices Black Forest Ham
3 oz. Gruyere or Swiss Cheese, grated or thinly sliced
Dijon Mustard
Chopped green onion
4 teaspoons Saucy Wench BBQ Sauce
Butter or olive oil
Butter the outsides of the pockets or brush them with olive oil.
Spread some Dijon mustard on the insides of each piece. Place a layer of the cheese on top, followed by the ham slices, more cheese and the green onion. Drizzle each layer with bbq sauce. Place the remaining piece of bread on top, put the sandwich in a preheated panini press and cook until the cheese is melted and the Chia pocket is golden brown. Makes 2 Saucy sandwiches.
